Over the years, I've helped promote different events throughout the community, from music festivals to charity fundraisers.
Rock to Remember 2017
In the spring semester of 2017, my Entertainment Marketing class put on Rock to Remember, a charity fundraising concert form Back on My Feet Philadelphia. Watch a summary video of my role in the event below.
1851 Entertainment Events
Since 2015, I've helped 1851 Entertainment put on multiple events. From monthly Open Mic Nights to yearly music festivals, I've grown the presence of both 1851 and music as a whole at Saint Joseph's University.
Along with creating compilations of the festival's artists, I also assist with artist bookings, online/in-person promotion, and day-of operations.
In the fall of 2017, many of the people in 1851 Entertainment decided to grow the music scene in "very West Philly" by beginning to host house shows. Using venues such as The Bath House, The Greenhouse and The Premiere, I've helped with artist bookings, online/in-person promotion, and day-of operations.
In addition, my internship with Home Outgrown Presents... has lead me to use the same skills but on a grander level. Venues such as Everybody Hits Philadelphia and PhilaMOCA have held shows that draw in almost 200 people.
